Start with a proven blank, choose the fabric, rope, color, and decoration direction, then we will turn your logo into a clean custom hat mockup before production.
Custom orders are available with a low MOQ, highly competitive pricing, and a typical 45-day production window after artwork approval.

How It Works

Fill out the form at the bottom of this page. Tell us about your project or business and be sure to include how many hats you need and what styles you like.
Check out the Available Styles section below. If these don't suit your needs, let us know what you're looking for and we'll make it happen.
Send us your logo
Once we connect, we'll ask for your logo files. In order to provide a free hat mockup, we'll need a vector file of your logo. Black & white .AI, .EPS, or .PDF file formats work best. If you don't have a logo yet, we can help with that, too (for a fee).
Review and approve
We'll send over a mockup of your logo on your preferred hat styles to help visualize the finished product. Once you approve the artwork, we'll finalize the order details and make it official with 100% payment upfront.
Production and delivery
Once artwork is approved, typical turnaround time is 45 days.
Longer lead times for more customized projects will be communicated throughout the design process, if appropriate.
